Summer Camp Scholarships
Summer Camp Scholarships provide funding to families who are not financially able to send their special needs children to a summer day camp. Families select a suitable camp or program from local park districts, special recreation associations, or other sources. So far, over 400 disabled children received an opportunity to enjoy the special and recreational benefits of a summer camp experience through this program. It also provides the families of these children a needed break in the caring of a disabled child during the summer months.
